Booked the Ecosport( Ecoboost – Titanium –O) on 19th August. Was informed that the waiting period is 45-60 days Booked the vehicle at AVK Ford, Mumbai
September end – I get a confirmation that vehicle is being billed and I need to disburse my car loan and exchange my existing vehicle as Trade-in. All formalities completed by September end.
I have been following up with AVK & Ford India since 5th October for the delivery date. On 12th October I am informed that there is a delay by AVK Ford
a month has passed, I am using public transport to travel. My car loan EMI started 15th October
- After repeated emails to Ford India Customer service and the President’s Desk, I am not getting any revert on my delivery.( Customer query number 800044839) .
Ford and the dealers are using customer’s funds for running their shop floors. I am seriously doubting the financial situation of Ford and their dealer who are holding onto customer monies and also not giving out cars.
Please be careful. Do not make full payments till you do not have documentary proof of vehicle being alloted else you will find yourself in a tight spot.
