Service LB Nagar Hyderabad is Bad!

Myself Rahul Taneja is a customer of Ford and had purchased a Ford Figo on 26th August 2012 from LB nagar branch in Hyderabad.- I have had many discomforts from the dealers end and no proper service from them since the time I bought the vehicle from this dealer.


Please review my experience and would need someone to look into this asap.


•Firstly to start with, Mr Mahesh who was the AGM of the branch was completely a irresponsible and arrogant man who was sitting at the wrong seat in retail job. He dealt with me as if I am buying 1Kg vegetable from him. Anyways , glad that he is replaced but the new joinee DGM shows no interest to take his job seriously as well.


•The Registration Card for my vehicle was printed with spelling mistake as the service agents in the branch spelt my wife’s name incorrect on the Registration form (Shuti instead of Shruti) which is a shame on them as they could copy paste the name as well. Its been 1 year and I have not received the original RC card of my vehicle yet. (Mr Rama Rao is following up on this and I have keep calling to him to remind him about my original RC card which is still awaiting) – I have done research at my end and see that the name has been changed on the RTA portal to Shruti but the card is not yet in my hand.


•My service of the vehicle was due on or before the 26th August 2013 and none from the branch has called to check with me about the same , instead I called them up to let them know that Hello, My car is due servicing , can someone let me know if you interested to serve me (Ridiculous staff)."


•I had returned my Opel corsa while buying ford figo as in an exchange a year ago and was promise that the car would be transferred from my name to others, but in the RTA portal , my name reflects as the owner of the car where in I don’t know where the car is and who is the new owner I am tired and can write a thesis and angry at the moment that I have to take care of all this being in a co-operate world where service should be given the first priority.


My car keys was given to me as if I just bought a chocolate from the vendor and was said “ Sir , My AGM is busy and instead a serviceman will hand over the keys to you “wow...shame on you all…


Can someone please look into this and revert to me for God heaven sake, else I would like to proceed and write on social media about my concerns I have. This branch at LB nagar Hyderabad, is incompetent and filled with people who are just not worthy of their job.
