I got Ford Figo Diesel after reading all the reviews. Color is Moon Dust Silver and Zxi Diesel version. I found the drive to be very comfortable. I got a feeling like driving a sedan though it is a hatchback. The suspension of Figo is not that good when compared to i10 or Santro. The ground clearance of Figo when 4 people are boarded is poor, You can have under scrapping even if you cross speed breaker at 10 kmph speed. This is the biggest drawback of Figo. Headlights are also of low intensity and they are not sufficient for highway drives.
I don’t know why Ford is not fixing these two major issues. Because of only these 2 reasons I am not in a position to recommend Figo to any of my friends. Also I heard that Ford after sales service is poor when compared to Maruti, I didnt yet visit the service station yet... Better to go for Maruti only for the first time buyers.
