I bought Ford Figo Titanium Petrol in July 2011 and I have ridden 4000 Kms till now and I am enjoying the ride in this sedan looking hatchback car. Handling in Ford vehicles is always good , so in FIGO. Interiors are decent and its very spacious , 5 members can be easily accommodated. The boot space in FIGO is awesome , one of the highest in hatchback category and you can fill all luggage when you are going for a long trip.
I felt it this as a great advantage when I went to long trip with friends recently.
Comparing to other cars many say that driver seat and position is well spaced and I feel it right. Bluetooth connectivity is a nice to have feature , available only in ZXI and Titanium vehicles. Playing music from phone and dialling/receiving calls through bluetooth lets you concentrate on driving. No other car has this feature in this range. Inbuilt Music system is awesome and no need to spend extra bugs by putting woofer or any music
system accessory.
I have ridden the vehicle both in highways and in city(Bangalore) and my average mileage is 13kmpl and it is decent. In cities average fuel consumption is 11-12kmpl and highways it reaches till 16kmpl. Ground clearance is not that good and can easily hit highly elevated humps but it never gave problem and highly elevated humps are slowly disappearing. My car hit more than twice but didn’t encounter any problem. Coming to power of the vehicle its very good , I reached 145kmph in NICE road Bangalore and the vehicle was really stable. I rode in hilly hairpin curve roads(ghats) and it takes you effortlessly.
I got USB cable, mats , car cover as free accessories, I heard showroom is giving more accessories nowadays as competition is more. I also feel fog lights should be given as free accessory for Titanium.FIGO is the fast moving hatchback car yet looks like a mini sedan car.
Its a nice car to own !!
