Hoping ford is a very good company, I have bought figo diesel car in Jan 2013, initially I was very happy with the performance of the vehicle. But I have started experiencing problems even before I leave the car for first service. There was a rattling sound appearing when ever I apply a break in steep surface. same was bought to the notice of service advisor in Cauvery ford Bangalore on 27th march & they have assured me to rectify the same. When I tested it before I take the delivery of the car problem was still there, service advisor said some thing and all, since it was already delayed I have taken the delivery of it. From the very next day, problem has became worse. There is a noise coming even on driving on regular road.
*Being a reputed car company this is the service what I expected. I am disappointed with the kind of service provided. I am not feeling like recommending any one to ford figo.
