I am among the first customers of ford figo petrol I had wrote a review Abt it 5 years back, and is almost touching 40 k kms not driven much thanks to the 10 kms mileage .
Ford or as usual Fraud, never cared to do the minute gear slippages during warranty time though informed several times but once warranty is over they charged 42000rs almost 30 percent of car value, cars gear box failed in under 25k kms, my Maruthi is touching 1 lakh kms not a sign of issues.
Front both tyre rods got replaced still the pathetic dealers can’t solve front rattling sounds
Power steering mechanical works got done free, head lamps doom needs to be replaced thank you ford for giving such cheap plastics, Paint work around the door handles all bubbled and came out . 40k kms run vehicle turned an old work mule oops
Handling is steady and drive is still a pleasure,
No one to buy ford second hand vehicle:) guys recommending you not to buy if buying sell it off in 3 years .
1st service Bill after warranty 42000/- guys sell it off .
