I own an Ikon since Sep’2000. The mileage is not as claimed by the company. In Bangalore the AC is used sparingly. Despite that the milage is never more than 10 km/l. The maintenance is really a whopper. Any small repair costs a bomb. I got a dented bonnet thanks to the guy ahead of me reversing in a signal. Only the tinkering costed my over three grand and my head lamps are still crooked as I refused to change it as only one of the housing screws was not sitting properly and they could not repair. Now after six or so months they say that the power steering rack is leaking and needs to be changed. Cost? Nineteen Thousand! I am seriously thinking of exchanging for a more economical car.
