My review for C segment car that I own, Ford Ikon 1.3 Flair.
I bought a ford ikon 1.3 flair 6 months ago. I resisted myself writing review in MS for the matter of fact that I use car for some good amount of time and then write the review. Mean time I wrote review on Talera Ford dealer, for you to read.
To sum up the things in single sentence, I would like to say "Ford Ikon is worth the money that you pay and also be happy that you own a big car."
Rocam 1.3 engine has decent pickup and mileage. I get 12 kmph in city and 15 kmph on highways with 50% AC. I think this much power is sufficient for us unless you have money to splurge on wonderful beasts like audi and volkswagon.
Other things include all four power windows, power steering, central locking and all that stuff.Bargain for mats, music player, and security system with the dealer. I did and I got it. (I took the small share of expense of these addons). On the flip side it doesn’t include remote book.Wonder why ford excluded this one.
After using for 6 months or so I can say to you friends that if you are thinking of buying Zen, Wagon-R, Santro or A-star you can think of Ford Ikon by streching little bit of your budget.You will be happy, atleast I am .Another one to consider apart from ford ikon is Hyundai accent which is equally good as Ford Ikon.
I have not written much of technical stuff here like comparison with other cars, but I have just written about things that comes first thing on mind.
