I am a student of PGDM 2006-08 batch a batch mate of Sonal. Currently working with Asian Paints as a brand manager. There was a lot of confusion about FORE when I joined the institute, but believe me it is a pleasant surprise to be a part of this awesome institute.
It has given me every thing I desired from a PGDM course and a good life to stand among some of top professional of this country. Even in the time of recession this year, the institute has not lost its placement clientel as drastically as many other premier instittes of the country have. It still stands tall and will keep growing.
As I mentioned in the title the institute in one word is EVOLUTION. To rise from scratch and grow into one of the premier B-Schools of this country. Its is just that the management is not in favour of advertising about the institute and its achievements. And I have always known one thing, when an underdog wins the race, the crowd is the most ecstatic. As of today, we have our alumni in most of the big names of corporate in this very country.
The strength of this institute is the pillar of faculty it has. Our Program Director ensured hat we were not placement hungry fee payers, but actual management professional by the time we passed out. And our batch has proven the same to the corporate. Be it finance, marketing or operations for that matter, my batchmates have made a mark in organizations like JP Morgan, TATA, HUL, Adidas, Hero Honda, SBI and many many more of the big names.
And which college doesnt have a few glitches. You speak to anyone of the students from any insti, he/she would speak f atleast 5 problems he/she has with the college. But overall, like every college that has added something to the life of its students I am proud to be a FOREian.
