No body wants too see the face of a hospital and when in circumstances of distress, one needs to visit he/she demands world class care atleast from a renowned private hospitals.
I had an extremely awful experience at fortis sector 62 noida. My grand mother was admitted in this hospital for her by pass surgery dated 5th april 2017.
The incident was so awful I still shiver when I remember it.
The operation was schedule to be at 10 pm in the night and the person who had to give anesthesia was totally un experienced instead of comforting my grandmother the person frightened her saying " the operation is long your body needs too much stamina aunty to withstand that."
Now who the hell tells sucha thing just before the operation. My grandmother bieng an aged fellow got too frightened which led to even increase in her bp.
Her pulpatation increased drastically and also she started having breath problems
When we enquired about the doctor to come asap. He bluntly told us he will arrive only when his duty comes and literally for about 25 odd mins we could find no doctor to attend to my grandmother.
It was a sad sad experience and next dag when she got stable we took her from there and shifted her to max hospital delhi where she finally had her bypass done.
At fortis it was such a worse experience and I myself saw how these private hospitals play with precious life’s of patients.
