Myself a resident of Navi Mumbai. Unfortunately I did not have any option than going in this hospital. My experience was very pathetic and bad.
The staff in the ICU was very unprofessional and as we entered the emergency they did not give any first aid to the patient. The ICU was like a fish market and the staff was very non cooperative. Also, the doctor on duty was very unprofessional and rude. It is just a money making machine. At night around 2 o’clock I came down to the reception and what I could see was they don’t have any humanity in them.
To all of you my friends my suggestion would be to avoid this hospital at any cost and look for nearby options.
To me this hospital is just money minded.
