We had been to Fortis, Bannerghata hospital today.
Among all hospitals Ive visited in Bangalore, Fortis Bannerghata has the worst managed parking. Here you would be moving from level to level(it has a 5 floored parking) till the rooftop and may not get a parking slot. The path to the parking is really stiff turn making it one of the most dangerous parkings in Bangalore. There is no landing space at any level of parking.
The worst part of it is that the agency which manages(H.K.S or something) is really managing it pathetically - the whole parking would be full, they would still allow you to drive to the roof-top. There would be no one in each floor to guide you on where to go.
Today that created a long queue in the stiff slope to the roof-top. Imagine! One small mistake by one car driver could had been fatal for all the cars in the queue in the 5 floored slope.
When our car reached the roof-top, the only guy from the parking agency there spoke inPure Kannada making us even more helpless, more confused.
So friends! If you dont know Kannada, pls dont park your car in that hospital.
Finally when I came out of the hospital, when paying at the parking counter, I mentioned the problem to the guy from the agency. He was arrogant and started arguing with us. He was using abusive language because we complained to him.
Shouldnt this agency take corrective measures of not allowing any car upstairs when the parking is full? Shouldnt employees/ vendors of a corporate hospital be polite to customers?
Shouldnt the guy at a crucial roof-top be knowing Hindi/English for non-Kannada speaking customers? That was high level of unprofessional.
Will the Fortis authorities wake up only after some accidents happen?
