My experience here is limited to laboratory investigations. Quite a number of times in Chord Road branch, Bangalore(preferred for proximity reasons).
The first one was the attitude of the receptionist who actually yelled at me, (am a doctor) for not getting the previous receipt to access data on comp, inspite of it being easily done using one’s contact number. This happened for the third time and I complained.
Next, I feel a token of concession on the cost of investigations should be offered for doctors atleast(because we know how much it actually costs and how much they are charged in such a corporate setup).
Finally today, test for pregnancy costs almost double than getting your blood sugar checked at different intervals separately. Just an increase in the cost for a fancy name I presume!? The margin of profit should be there, but this is not it!
