Today I took my father to Dr. Vivek Jawali at Fortis Cunnigham Road. My father is a 78 year old retired Air Force Officer. I thought we would be seeing a senior cardiologist who would listen and clarify our doubts for an angiogram. He spent 2 mins looking at the medical reports and told us to meet a general physician. We were silent the whole while thinking once he finishes talking we can talk and clarify our doubts.
When I was about to ask him a question, he just said "I don’t want to listen to any CRAP".( can you imagine a senior cardiologist using such terrible language!). He then picked his phone with a disgusted face and started cursing under his breath. We were taken aback.Shocked by his behaviour. Have we paid almost a 1000/- bucks to be spoken to like this and he didn’t even let us speak a word! He may be a senior doctor but does that mean it gives him the right to snub a patient and use such language?!
He is the rudest doctor I have met in my life. I shudder to think how he must be treating his poor patients in the OT. If they experience any discomfort etc. He must be hurting them more.
My sincere request is not to visit this doctor. He has no patience or basic etiquette. This is the first time I am writing a review. I am so upset with his obnoxious behaviour. SHAME ON YOU DOCTOR VIVEK JAWALI. You are a disgrace and shame to this nobel profession. You maybe a pioneer in whatever but you are such a "CRAP" of a person.
