I had a worst experience of my life today where my Mom underwent Coronary Angiogram and they informed me that the package cost is 19k and I agreed on the same, As I had corporate insurance the Pre Aut Approved was 19k and during discharge they approved 10k for the procedure and 3k for medical consumables and Bed charges as 2k per day as it was 1 day procedure.I also had made a security deposit of 5k.
During discharge I was toldFortis calls me when im at office in a meeting asking me to come over and make immediate payment, they had no concerns about the condition im in and later they r asking me to send some one from my home where I have only a sister looking after my mother.
Later told some one told me that Some one from Billing will call me to explain but none called, could some one pls reply.
