Its my personal experience on Fortis Hospital Kangra, I request u all pls never go to this hospital, we lost our beloved sister due to the carelessness of the doctors and staff of Fortis Kangra,
The incident took place in 30th January 2020, when my sister went to fortis Kangra for pregnency routine checkup , it was 7.5th month of her pregnancy, She was sound by her health but it was a routine checkup, the doctor told her that she need to be given an injection named betnesol for better health of the growing fetus, they administrated the injection dose to her , after injection, sister felt pain in the injection site, which becomes severe and when she was again admitted to the hospital on 1st of Feb morning the doctors performed a cesarian delivery and sister gave birth to a baby girl, not giving any preference to the pain on the injection site as sister was complaining regarding the same again and again , the anesthesia effect reduced by the hours of delivery. sister again complained about pain in the injection site the doctors then told the family in a dramatic manner that the case is of septic and its too late the poisen has spreaded from the injection site to leg and the hospital is unable to treat the patient and the patient needs to be transferred to higher centre that is fortis chandigarh, they transferred my sister to fortis chandigarh where they told that its too late , and the patient is in septic shock, Necrotising facitis, doctors performed a surgery for effected part removal and in few hours ultimately unfortunately my sister died on feb 2 2020. Due to the carelessness and very irresponsible attitude of the doctors of Fortis Kangra, she died of an injection only, fortis kangra staff not cooperated with the family, they were doctors atleast they should be awared of what they are doing, they didn’t even told us regarding the exact situation which they were already awared, for them only money is important not the life of your family member, I humbly request to everyone if u want to save the valuable life of your family members then never go to this hospital, they have nothing in the name of humanity. We lost our beloved sister at her young age of 35 years, . we can feel the pain. we don’t want anybody yo feel the same pain.
