On 15 th August, I was rushed to emergency ward of fortis hospital noida Sec 62 due to abdominal pain.
There was no one to care patients in emergency ward .All patients were crying.
After Suffering continuously 4 hours then one nurse came and give me pain killer.
they have done ultrasound by some junior staff they even dont know how to operate the machine .they finally said its gas pain. when insisted to nurse what is the reason then they rushed me to do CT Scan ward . ward boy trolled me several minutes here and there when I asked where you want me to go . he said that he does not know where is the CT Scan room.
After all this they handover me a bill of 16 k. Even they took 7.5 k for CT SCAN when I asked why 2.5 k extra billing guy said today is independence day thats why charge more.
I request to all dont take your relative to fortis
they are actually exist to make money with giving no services, no care.
Finally they give crocin tablet.
