For all the customers who like customer satisfaction - look away from Fortune Ford! Customer Service is one word no one in this company is aware of. I seriously doubt that they change the customer’s spare parts and put old parts into your vehicles. I will stay away from this company !
The sales people and service managers are only looking at your wallets rather than fixing your vehicle or servicing your vehicle. If you go there to get one problem fixed you are sure to comeout with other problems in few weeks.
