I have booked a Ford Figo with Fortune Ford, and that is the worst decision I took ever. Until we book, they will call us twice a day. Once you book a vehicle, they would not respond even if you call them twice a day. The worst part is that they respond back in sms, which will be the least form of communication you expect.
Call them, and they would say they will call back if they answer the phone. They will not call back. I had this situation repeated for a week, though I threatened to cancel the order. I did not know the feedback before booking because there was no review of the showroom.
There was Fiesta customer when I reached there for my order inquiry, and he was waiting to see a representative for 20 mins, while any customer looking to buy a new car gets attention immediately. He had to shout in the middle of showroom to get some attention.
Never ever go there, except for test drives.
