Not test drive till date!
I have been following your sales executive - Mr. Shiva, he does confirm the slot every time but never show up with the car for test drive.
Worst part - he is not even bother to call & tell that test drive cannot be done. He kept us waiting all the time.don’t respond back until followup on the test derive day.
Then he will have all the excuse for not coming for test drive.
Your sales executive don’t have a basic atticates to call customer and inform about changes in plan but instead they make them wait for hours.
I wounder what kind of commitment I can expect from you if your executive cannot come down for test drive, I am sure we will experience similar poor customer at the the time of delivery. So decided to go with another dealer.
Remember: Your loss is some one else gain and your sales executive is driving that loss!
It is up-to to you to act or ignore after all you are the one losing the business.i will get my car from another dealer.
