Fortune is a known name in our family.Earlier we used fortune refined oil and soyabean oil but after I got married I came to know that my husbands cholesterol level is on higher side.So in that case its time to change the cooking oil, but which one?
For low cholesterol people asked me to try Olive oil, Saffola oil and Rice Bran oil.I tried olive oil but couldnt continue very long as it has its own aroma and doesnt gel that good with our bengali cuisine.
Then I switched to Fortune Rice Bran oil, firstly because fortune was well known to me and secondly rice bran is good for controlling cholesterol level which was my ultimate aim.I cook with this oil regularly and now its been 5 years I am using this.It doesnt have any specific aroma due to which the aroma of spices comes out really well, so controlling husbands cholesterol level from my end and kids also enjoying the food.
