Fossil Jacqueline Ladies Watch ES3433
When it comes to watches I have been building up quite the collection. I have a few in my collection that whilst they are not really expensive compared to some that are out there, I consider them to be expensive and then I have a couple of others that are not quite so expensive and these are the ones that I tend to wear on a day to day basis. This links me nicely into the product that I am going to be reviewing today and that is my Fossil Jacqueline watch. The watch was one that I purchased for wearing to work. I consider it to be smart and not to full of bling as some of my other fashion watches are and most importantly, I think that this is a reliable watch as I have other Fossil watches in my collection. Here are my thoughts on the watch having worn it for around 4 months now.
The watch will cost you around the £70.00 to £80.00 mark and this is dependant on where you get the watch from. I got it from my local jeweller as they were running a promotion on the Fossil brand, I have also seen this in other jewellers in my local town as well as online. The Fossil brand in my option is a long standing and reputable one.
The watch came in a presentation tin, with a one year guarantee attached and instruction guide. The watch is described as a casual style and whilst I can see why, I still consider it to be really smart. The watch is made form stainless silver and has a stainless steel bracelet strap. There are no fancy diamonds or to much detail on this. The watch has a round face and whilst larger than some of the watches, I consider it to be quite a moderate size. The face has a white background and there is a just a simple silver trim around the edge of it.
The face has no numbers marked on it but there are roman numerals in place of them and I find the watch face really easy to read. The watch is ideal of for quickly placing it and telling the time in an instant. So I can subtly look at the time when I am running over in a meeting at work! There is an hour, minute and second hand on the watch and the tick isnt to our which is a major plus point for me.
Even though I would describe the watch as being secure on my wrist, I do find t a little heavy and rather chunky, the strap is a simple silver bracelet design as described but I think that it does feel quite weighty when wearing it, I have go used to it but as I wear my watch on my left hand and write with this hand, I do find it pulling a little.
In every other aspect I would be more than happy to recommend this watch, the design of the face is perfect and the overall look is good, I just wish it was a little more comfy.
3 out of 5 from me on this one
