I had been to this place once long back in the year 2013. I had a decent opinion of this place back then. However, I was proved wrong on my recent visit to this place last weekend.
I visited this so called’restaurant’ with my friends. After waiting for about 20 minutes, we got a table in the open air section. The table was continuously shaking and we had to request the waiters to fix it up. Somebody did it finally. Well, you have to be very polite and keep on requesting multiple times if you really want to get something done at this place.
We ordered food and drinks. The normal water ordered never came.
The service was pathetically poor and slow. The food was bland and tasteless. Missi roti tasted very ordinary. Tadka Daal was so diluted that it appeared like Sambhar or Rasam. We confronted the waiter and asked him to cancel any further dishes. Initially, nobody was ready to accept the fact that the food was below average. After a round of arguments, they finally agreed. It was almost a scene created in front of so many other guests who were sitting in the same section.
Well, restaurants like these are very common in Pune. Customer satisfaction and service goes for a toss once you have earned even a little reputation. I truly wonder why people accept this kind of lousy service and pathetic food.
Nevertheless, I have decided never to visit this place for whatsoever reason.it was a complete mood spoiler for me atleast .
