A book that gave me inspiration to do my own thing back in early 2000s. I may not follow Ayn Rands philosophy anymore but nevetheless she is one "powerful" writer.
A good book for anyone who wants to follow objectivism and capitalism(Atlas Shrugged).
This book can be a catalyst for creative ideas and a leap into solitude of ones own confidence. Although most youngsters mistake the essence of the book and acquire a sense of arrogance rather than a sense of confidence.
What I really like about the book are:
Portrayal of the Protagonist-Howard Roark
Portrayal of his love-Dominique
Story
Ayn Rands writing skills
Potrayal of America of how it was and how it is.
Objectivism-The attention to detail
Overall a good book although and it can only invoke two feelings:Either you hate it or you love it and if you feel in any otehr way, you havent really understood it :)
It used to be my bibleback in the early 2000s and now I would like to burn it :)
