I visited yesterday only this Four Fountains Spa located at Amanora Mall, Pune.
Very worst experience. They promised the Foot massage for doing the 1 hour theraphy and didn’t done full filled. Ambiance only looks good. I didn’t visited the bath room as I normally won’t prefer to visit out side toilets.
Staff is prompting me to take the membership and not putting the efforts on the Spa or any other things. This is really ridiculous. They can charge the money as per the worth but also need to provide the result as per promise.
Not a good hosting as well. As per the reviews I visited the spa and also got some gift voucher from the Star Bazar. They didn’t full fill the gift voucher promise also.
Attracting the people to their spa is tricky by providing the gift vouchers and 50% off etc. But, with out offers also people will visit if they are providing the good services and getting the better result.
