I have been an investor registered with 30000 rs. investment expecting a good support. But I don’t think that there was any week when I have not been disappointed by their words & action.
Or I should say NO ACTION.
In my professional experience of 20 years, I have never seen a servicing organization, who don’t stick to their written words, no values for their spoken words, not respect to any timeliness. even to get a mail reply or to get a payment receipt etc, you’ll have to followup min 5 times, if you get it you are really lucky.
Most importantly, no senior management also take any escalation seriously, only 1 person replied to my 20 mails or messages. They openly admit on phone that most people don’t follow written process. that’s why no one will ever write any process to you. they all talk in air only. not even whatsapp.
The company only moto is to support their brands and somehow sell any brand to a investor by force. if a does not accept their referred brands, they will stop responding to investor’s mail/calls/messages. as there is NO Refund policy in company so investor’s all money is wasted.
Pathetic experience.
