I worked at this Frankfinn institute(DB-44, Ground Floor, near CA Island, Sector 1, Bidhannagar, Kolkata, West Bengal 700064) in the Call Centre department from [20th March 2025] to 31st March 2025. After completing 11 days of work, I took leave for my academic examinations, which was granted by the office.
I had followed up regarding my pending salary, and I was clearly informed that I should visit the office on 11th April 2025 at 3:00 PM to collect it. I arrived at the specified date and time, but I was kept waiting for over an hour, and later I was called into a meeting room where I was subjected to disrespectful and harassing behavior. Despite being promised payment, my salary was not given.
Even after this, I continued to follow up through phone calls. Each time I was told I would be informed, but now I have been blocked, which is extremely unprofessional and unfair.
I’m requesting to pay my salary.
