I had made redemption in my folio no XXXXXX66 on 19th June 2017, it been more than 20 days have gone I have not received the money, it was shown that cheque would be sent to my mailing address.


But noting came, when I tried contacting the customer care they told that I will be provided with the tracking details which can be used to track the dispatched cheque, and gave me a reference no. XXXXX/XXXXXXX882 for the request on 6th July 2017 and told some one from the back office will call me the next day and will provide the information. But as usual no one called not even an email was sent to me.


Since then I have been trying to get the information from Customer Care every 2nd day and same answer is been given to me every day that we will call and provide the details.


It’s very frustrating not a single person is able to tell me when I will get my money.


In this era of modern technology I am getting cheque that is also not understandable firstly.


I feel like cheated in this case and the customer care people looks like they are making fun of me telling me the same written script that everyone pitch up, even I now remember the numbers to press on IVR and verify myself without being asked for.
