Worst AMC in terms of support

I had placed purchase request online for Franklin India Ultra Short Bond Fund Super Institutional Plan on 15 June 2017. After waiting for 4-5 days, since I did not get any communication, I logged on to their website and found the the FT system was showing transaction failure. I sent them e-mail with bank statement and screen shot. There was no response to e-mails. Finally I called them on 23 June and they confirmed on telephone that they have received the payment and will credit the units shortly.


Despite repeated reminders no response to e-mail till 27 July 2017. Finally I have complained to SEBI and now awaiting some action. What is the solution to such thick skinned service provider who are most useless and can not service clients. No courtesy to respond to e-mails in a reasonable time.


If you have to go to them for service, only GOD can help you.
