Fraud Saiyaan had an interesting and unique concept — a man who cons women by marrying them for money — but unfortunately, it fails to fully deliver on its potential. The film tries to mix comedy with crime, but the humor feels forced and outdated at times.
Arshad Warsi does a decent job with his comic timing and carries the film with his performance, but the weak screenplay and repetitive scenes pull it down. The story becomes predictable after a point, and the second half loses grip.
The music is average, with a few catchy tracks like “Chamma Chamma, ” but nothing too memorable.
