Absolutely terrible customer care. I placed an order and they reached out saying the color I requested is out of stock so I agreed to get another color. They sent me the wrong color, and another item from my order was stained. I placed a return request and repeatedly reached out to them on email. They don’t reply for days, and say they will send someone to pick up the return items, but they never do. It has been almost 2 months now. Please do not buy from here.
