Bought an item from its Luxury range. Didn’t like it. They wouldn’t refund the money. Gave me a store credit. Waited for 6 months for new stuff to be added to its range, as they promised. No such luck. Eventually bought the same garment again. The material is coarse (’silky and italian’ they claimed), the stitching is shoddy (had to cut off multiple loose threads), and it’s a lint magnet. All in all a poor quality polo t-shirt for Rs 1500! SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. Also, they won’t publish a bad review. Which is why you’ll find so many 5-star reviews. Enough said.
