I have been using freecharge from past 2 years. Everything is working fine but their support is getting pathetic day by day. Earlier when i used to send email to support, they call at the same time and resolve on the same day but now since sunday, i have exchanged 20 emails but same automated response: this has been escalated and explain the issue.
I have already explained issue 10 times and don’t have patience to write again and again the same thing.

I recharged on sunday(made 2 transactions: 1 is successful and 1 is not). Money got deducted from the account(sent screenshot on email).
Please refund the money or put into the credits. Atleast reply else i have to look for other sites like paytm
