Bad experience

I once recharged my younger brothers phone who is using airtel network. I made a recharge of rs 100 on his number. I called and ask is it done? He said no, I thought may be ut was a server problem but after 3 days he did not receive any recharge. I filed a complaint through mail and told them about my problem. They gave me a quick reply and asked me about the transaction number and the mobile number on which I recharged that amount.


I told them. After some time they sent me a mail stating that they are trying to solve my problem. I called their customer service and got to know that they make recharge to some other number by their fault nd it can not be rectified. From that day I stopped using freecharge.
