I select this portal because few days above I recharge my bsnl number with 291rs but I don’t get my recharge while my money is transferred from my account but still I not get my recharged back.They showing your recharge is still pending .when I email the website they saying we are solving your problem but there is no action taken by it.And right now they ignoring my email few days back.This is very wired that they are playing with the customer emotion.when I searched the customer care number and I called the number they don’t pick the call.How bad service is this and they don’t giving any tollfree number to solve this.I hope guys while I writing this you all understand how poor service of freecharge.
