Very Bad Customer service.

I have made a payment of 200 rupees recharge to my mobile through Freecharge. It’s showing Transaction pending. I got a message that the amount is debited from my bank account but I didn’t got the money yet. I have made a call to customer care executive, they told me to wait because some times it will take up to one day for the transaction to be successful. I have waited for 3 days and again made a call to them they didn’t connected my call to one of the executives. Really I felt very dissoppointed with this application.
