I got a promotional coupon from amazon.in during the appiness program and used the coupon on below transaction using the free charge apps. According to the process I was suppose to get cashback of Rs. 111 at my free charge account within 24 hrs however that not seem to be happen.
In this regards I mailed to free charge help desk and got a reply that issue will be resolved within next 24 hrs however it is now more than 72 hrs no update on it. Nobody bother to comeback to know if the problem is solved. I feel cheated with free charge.
