I made a recharge of Rs.300 on 23/5/2015 through Freecharge. At first my money got debited from my bank account but recharge for my mobile number was not made.
When I raised ticket to Freecharg, e, I got a auto message stating saying that the amount was dint receive any communication from them. Again I mailed them on the same and they asked to check with bank since they didn’t receive money from bank. I was worried and contacted the bank for the same. But the bank clearly given the details on the successful transaction from their end. On sending the same to Freecharge,
