Did you ever use Freecharge. If yes, then you are lucky if you get good service, if not then don’t use it. I had purchased some shoes from Snapdeal and one of them is defected. so, I request for refund of my money. They refund me on free charge.
First, Freecharge’s website is too heavy. I checked my internet connection many times but I can’t find any problem on it. second thing is that by mistake I entered wrong IFSC code of my bank account. when I recognized it. I tried to correct it many time but I am unable to change it. Every time I edit my bank detail I can’t save it successfully but Freecharge always shows "your bank detail successfully saved".
They do not have any service number to listen and solve your issues. If you are facing any issues then you need to mail them. Mail response is also too late. I got my money in my account after 15 to 20 days. Now, I also feel insecure to purchase products from Snapdeal.
