This happend with me twice I recharged my net pack through freecharge 1st time it failed with error bt my money got deducted from my account when I called on my bank they said you have done recharge but ehn o mailed to freecharge they said they will credit on my freecharge account and after some days when I again mailed askng abt my credit they replied we have not received any payment and closed my complain this happened with me twice.and moreover they do not have any customer care support no for immediate resolution.
