Freecharge.in is very dishonest in my opinion.Generally I prefer paytm over any other recharge site as it is more trustworthy and the website is reliable as well as the customer service is fast.*To avail some pretty good offer after seeing them in some sites I selected freecharge.in .
During payment I applied the coupon and it said congratulation an successful. So I thought am done now;but later no cashback as well as no response came.Later a mail came from their noreply team that they cant give the cashbak or offer please read their terms & conditions.Then I mailed to their customer care mail id as they dont provide any number.But no response!Well I am not even expecting more from them.
likes.Lots of offers and coupons as compared to other sites. UI is very fast and minimal.Transaction time is very fast.Mobile app is available and easy to use app.Integrated to snapdeal.com now for better.Except this it is also integrated with other popular sites and wallet service is good.
Worst aspects.
It looks reliable but not that reliable.The website is not very easy to use as many options wont be visible at a time you have to find where is it.
During payments most of the time it says failure try again and again.
And I dont understand where they have hidden the save my card details button as whenever I go for one single payment automatically it will show my saved card details.
For rupay users in sbi, lots of problems during payment.
Most of the offers coupons are valid till you applied but later they are not able to give cashback.Hidden cost and very less transparency in offers .Cheating most of the times.
Offers most of the time are just for new users.And most of the coupons they give after recharge are not that usefull compared to paytm.
Customer service is the worst and this is what let me down and not making me trustworthy any more.Its very difficult to contact them.In other sites atleast you get an immideate response.
Overall everything is good but during the need they were not there, customer care is not available, so no more freecharge; paytm is something feels more reliable and trustworthy.
