Well, I am not a critisizer but I analysed them closely and wasted some money in this process as well.
1.Transactions don’t succeed.Money gets out of your card and refund happens in 2-4 weeks time after continous follow up.I think they play on time value of money.This has happened in 50% of the cases.
2.Recharge happens, comes to mobile but the delivery of coupons did not happen in 50% of cases at 5 different addresses in different metro cities where they can’t make an excuse to not locate it.
3.After continous follow up, I had asked to send coupens again and I received it after around 1.5 month of recharge.Now I am dictating the terms and conditions of Shopper Stop discount coupon.
a.Only valid for online shoppping over shoppersstop.com
b.Expiry date: after 1 month
c.Min order 750
d.No discount on gift or jewellary
e.Each coupen is of 100/- and you can use only one coupen for one shopping of more than 750.
f.SS may approve/disapprove the coupens - not tried.
