I used FreeCharge app and website. The offers in promotional mails convince you to install the app and use it. Continuous 3 instances made me uninstall the app. You are offered cash back and other offers which have never worked. I used to pay my mobile bill once. I didn’t get cash back in the wallet even after waiting for couple of days. I uninstalled the app.
Later again after few days, I thought of trying the app again. This time the problem was strange. I wasn’t able to pay the bill. It will go to last step and then fails. I tried several times over mobile data, wifi but it didn’t proceed further. The same problem again after few days. I even tried the website and strangely, it showed the same problem. There is no response to the comments posted.
This shows how horrible the service is. I never looked back to try it again and will never even think of trying it. I wouldn’t recommend.
