I downloaded this based on my friends suggestion, however the app was good, more than worst offers it had to give I like the ease to check in the recharge mobile quick. It has all the offers provided by the operators at finger tip and this is the only reason I liked the app.
But recently I recharged 253 and got a message saying that recharge successful but did not get any recharge amount, when I complained they immediately replied with the complaint id and other information, in few more minutes got another mail saying that the reflection of the recharge may take 48 hours.
The question is when the recharge has not reached the network operator what will it be reflected in 48 hours. After repeated mails I did not get any response. They don’t even have a number to call. I think this is a completely cheating company and no one should opt this. Kindly go to the respective operator website or app and do the transactions. Hell with you freecharge and your burgers.
