I made a recharge of Rs.199 on 14/4/2015 through Freecharge. At first my money got debited from my bank account but recharge for my mobile number was not made. When I raised ticket to Freecharg, e, I got a auto message stating saying that the amount was safe with them, and then they provided me a time frame for refunding the amount on or before 25/4/15.
Later I dint receive any communication from them. Again I mailed them on the same and they asked to check with bank since they didnt receive money from bank. I was worried and contacted the bank for the same. But the bank clearly given the details on the successful transaction from their end. On sending the same to Freecharge, they accepted that the money was held up with their busienss partner end.
Hence they will refund it on or before 11/5/15 and asked for bank statement till date. Even though I produced the same, Again I was getting same hell kind of first automailer stating to raise fradulent complaint on bank. Why they are doing business like this? Such a worst customer service
