DO NOT USE THIS APP! Recently I made payment at Redbus using my freecharge wallet. On first try transaction failed, but money was deducted from my account. I confirmed from redbus since there is no customer service desk at freecharge, they promised money will get refunded in 4 business dayd.
I went ahead for another transaction. Its been more than 12 days since then and money is not yet refunded. Transaction history at freecharge shows both transactions successful while redbus has received only one payment
