I recharged at freecharge with ID FCVW1301082842927. Account was debited, it showed me my recharge was "smashing success" - what they call it as. But I never got the talk time. I raised a service request, but after 2 days, I got a revert that - yes the recharge was not successful, and they are reverting my money in FC balance!!
FYI, FC balance means I can use it to recharge in future. Do you go to a store to buy a recharge and the guy says, "oh! I can’t recharge, please recharge with the same amount next time?" - sounds like, "udhaar kar lo"
And did I told you, I still haven’t got any FC balance? 3 days from the recharge.
So nit nit, my phone which needed a recharge at a particular point of time, is still waiting to be recharged, all thanks to the most pathetic service in the world. I think sometimes IRCTC ppl are more helpful than these guys.
Lastly, when I asked for a refund instead of FC balance, they never replied.
