I made payment. to Vodafone postpaid for one number and transaction was successful, later it was showing like I got credit for Rs.50 in my Freecharge a/c, so I thought of making pmt. to another number. It has adjusted the credit of Rs.50 and asked me to pay the remaining amount and I made a payment. through credit card.
Unfortunately it failed to complete a transaction stating "Invalid denomination" and amount debited from my credit card a/c, I thought it will get automatically reversed in credit card due to unsuccessful transaction, but I am getting message as the total amount will be lying in Freecharge a/c only as credit and you can utilize that amount for next transaction.
I fired them through email & they immediately replied asking confirmation to refund the total amount directly to credit card instead of lying as credit in freecharge a/c, I said I need only refund & they initiated immediately. Also I registered a complaint against Freecharge in HDFC credit card customer care.
My dear friends do not trust this website, so who ever got cheated please send a email to their customer support & get your money back.
