I recharged my phone last night with freecharge of rs. 294 of airtel data balance through my Standard Chartered debit card but no amount has received till now.
Freecharge is sayind that problem is from the service provider side and merchant freecharge has nothing to do with it and airtel blaming freecharge by saying dat we didnt received any amount from freecharge.
No order id was given to me for the transaction and dat creates a doubt over freecharge.
Still not getting any money back in my wallet from freecharge.They are sending same mail again and again blaming airtel.But as a consumer no matter what who is responsible for it ultimately I suffered.Two thumbs down for freecharge.
