As per experience, we should not use any other e-wallet except that of our banks. Most of them are fraud like Freecharge. The biggest problem with them is that once you add cash, your cash is not yours. They will say that any time you can transfer your money to your bank account. But reality is quite different. I added some cash to my Freecharge wallet on 16.01.2017. Later I decided to withdraw it. So I added a bank account to my Freecharge wallet on 16.01.2017. It should have been activated after 48 hours. But I could not withdraw it after 48 hours. So I contacted Freecharge customer care. A ticket no was assigned to me. That is 939139. They replied on 21.01.2017 in the following way:
"Dear Suman,
Thank you for bringing this to our notice.
We understand the trouble you might have faced due to this error and deeply regret for the same.
We have now reported the same to our designated team as we have an internal mechanism to address such issues.
We appreciate your patience and request you to please wait for 24 hours and try initiating refund from your FreeCharge Balance to bank account."
But till now I cannot withdraw my money to my bank account. Since then I have written to them four times, but no reply from their end. So decide yourself and think twice before adding money to your wallet. I have uploaded part of my conversation is them as I could not upload the full as it exceeded 10MB.
